Shah Rukh Khan's comments on the kind of Islamic leadership or rather lack of Islamic leadership

As told to CNN-IBN: "One Islam from Allah, another from Mullah". Khan said "Let me clarify this. I have read the holy Quran. It states that if you heal one man, you heal the whole mankind and also that if you hurt one man, you hurt the whole mankind. Nowhere in the Quran does it say that jihad will lead you to jannat (paradise). He went on to say that the Quran preaches that even in a (religious) war, you cannot kill any woman, you cannot kill any child and you cannot kill any animal or destroy any crops."I would like to believe that I am an educated liberal Muslim, who has a Hindu wife and two kids." Shah Rukh Khan referred to his tinsel town colleague Aamir Khan's blog where the latter exhorted the youth to get into the political arena and said "There is corruption everywhere, but if somewhere doen the line someone moves away from it, I am there to support that person." He called for a law to ban all hardline political parties and said the youth should come together to form a political party and assured such a grouping of his whole-hearted support in "any which way possible."
